Position at a Glance:
This is a 3-month internship position that is available throughout the year and within the existing Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruiters during the interview process, including identification (using, among others, job portals and social networking, with a focus on LinkedIn), coordination, screening, and assessment of candidates at local and international level. In addition, this role may require providing support to other Human Resources areas.
This role offers a structured and guided exposure to working in Human Resources, the latest industry practices in recruitment, and a day-by-day glimpse of the HR department in a multinational company.
? Student in their last year of university, with degrees related to Human Resources, Psychology, or similar
? No working experience required
? Advanced level of spoken and written English (comfortable working and communicating in an English-speaking environment)
? Strong teamwork skills
? Proactive mindset and ability to show ownership
? Ideally proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
? Exposure to a multicultural and competitive work environment
? Guided and structured position
